Our Delivery and Returns Policy
Our delivery charges are very straightforward and are outlined below:
Be base our charges on the value of your order.
- Less than £10 then P&P = £1.80
- Greater than £10 then P&P = £3.50
- Greater than £40 then P&P = £4.95
- Greater than £80 then P&P = £6.95
- Greater than £250 then P&P = FREE
What if I have to change or cancel my order?
You must notify us within 12 hours. If we have not despatched your order you can change the size or colour options; we can change delivery details; we can cancel items from your order or we can cancel your entire order.
Can I return an item?
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt so long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging.Returned goods should be returned by recorded or registered post addressed to our address, as we cannot be held responsible for losses in the postal system.
If you want to exchange your item a £3.00 fee will be required for P&P.
If your item is faulty, you will be offered a full refund or a replacement. Please note that postage costs are not refundable.
